I woke up this morning to discover a beautiful gift suspended in the sunlight... INSPIRATION!

Spider is reminding us that the reality we’re experiencing was created by us.  Everything we are doing now is weaving that which will be experienced in the future.  If it’s no longer serving the greatest good, it’s time to change it.  We have the power!  She is teaching us through her examples of persistence and determination:  weaving a new web everyday.  When it has served its purpose, she takes it down and begins weaving again.  She is actively, intricately, delicately, and powerfully constructing her reality, day in and day out.  She is careful to abide by the cosmic laws of order and balance (male/female, light/dark, strength/flexibility, action/rest, past/future, and physical/spiritual).  The spiral pattern of her web is asking us if we are moving in an organized and focused way, toward a central goal.  Or, are we being reactive, scattered, and chaotic?

Spider is asking us to look at our personal story.  She is inspiring us to integrate all the varied aspects of ourselves into one amazing whole being.  She encourages seeing things from many different perspectives, incorporating the creative artistry of who we are with the logical paths we must take.  She doesn’t worry about her life.  She is living, creating, feasting, and resting; teaching us valuable bits about the benefits of completion, and following sequence.  She finishes the circle.  She is the number 8; infinity, cycles, passage of time, the quality of infinite possibilities.   She is the embodiment of the Divine Feminine.  She is Grandmother Spider, the weaver, the keeper of the Fire, the guardian of ancient languages and alphabets.  We are grateful for the lessons from this Master, and welcome her magic into our lives with love!
