Amy A. Ehn and A. Tait Duus have been practicing alternative and holistic medicine together since 2005 in a variety of disciplines. An in-house session at Exquisite Healing can be up to one hour on their massage table, supporting complete relaxation, and initiating deeply harmonizing healing down to a cellular level. You are fully clothed, and lying on the massage table while Amy and/or Tait are practicing a hands-on meditation with you.
