Sometimes, forgiveness is a pretty tough nut to swallow. Ultimately, however, by holding onto all of that "JUNK", we're only hurting ourselves. The options in this life are limitless. Why focus on the one option making us feel bad? When we shift our focus, we are changing our experience. I'm not normally the type to quote verses from the Bible. Today, however, I'm feeling inspired. I believe the source is pertinent to the delivery of the message. Thus, I'm sharing these little gems with the hope that all of us who are needing to experience this shift in our thinking, emoting, being, understanding, and vibrating, will. Keep following your heart song, even if nobody else can dance to it!
Blessings of Love and Gratitude! Amy Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." Matthew 6:25-32 “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these." Colossians 3:12-14 "Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony."
