Feeling the Power of Gratitude

As some of you may know, a few years ago, Tait and I began making intentional, necessary shifts in our focus to allow the evolution of a more natural lifestyle.  In today's economy and culture, this can be a little challenging. 

What are the keys to success for this model?  No complaining, and being grateful every single chance we get.  In times of doubt or fear, making a clear and conscious choice to look in the other direction, and see the abundance that's surrounding us, each of us, throughout all time and space.  Choosing the blessings, and telling those stories instead.  Having faith in the Divine and cosmic laws of the Universe, which are in place to support us, not to keep us oppressed and afraid.  Following what makes our heart feel good.  Breathing. 

Because of this intentional focus on LOVE, today, we are honoring a bountiful harvest!!!  Indeed, we are celebrating!  Exquisite Healing Alternative Medicine was hand-selected by the ad agency holding the contracts for all of the YMCA family fitness centers across America for their new marketing campaign.  Beginning in December, the faces of Exquisite Healing will be streaming 24/7 in the main lobby of the Eugene YMCA! 

As you might imagine, this news got our wheels spinning, and the ideas flowing!  We set up a photo shoot for some candid "at the office" pictures, which turned out spectacular.  We couldn't have done it without the stellar help from a couple of our friends.  Thanks you two!

The love and support we are feeling from our family, friends, and the community is awesome.  We are celebrating the beautiful and brave souls willing to take on the often daunting task of "getting to know my self" better.  Thanks for lifting our spirits whenever they're low.  Thank you for listening whenever we need to talk it out.  We are forever grateful to you for believing in us, and for having the courage to explore something new with us!
